Hello

Your report suggests semen infection with low sperm count and motility with borderline normal morphology sperms.

Infection is indicated by presence of excessive pus cells.Culture and sensitivity of semen should be done to prescribe appropriate antibiotics.

Normally sperm count should be at 20 millions/ml.Your findings indicate 5.5 millions/ml,so it is low.

Morphology of sperms are borderline normal.Only 16 % sperms are required for natural fertilization. You have 18 % normal morphology sperms.

Motility of sperms are also low, normally 55 % sperm should be motile.Your findings indicate 69 % immotile forms.

Sperm count, motility and morphology are expected to improve with control of infection.
If findings persists then you may need assisted fertilization techniques.

Get well soon.
Take Care
